DawBell are proud to celebrate a monumental first quarter of 2017 with eleven exciting new business wins including: managing the UK communications for one of the world’s fastest growing brands - social media network Musical.ly.
For DawBell’s rapidly expanding digital department, the recent addition of managing the entire social media campaign for the Isle of Wight Festival is a huge accolade for the agency. DawBell also continues to manage the festival’s communications for the third year in a row - a prestigious account allowing for a fully integrated strategy within the competitive festival industry.
The agency also continues to support companies and people who are actively making a change within the industry and have been privileged to work with the PRS Foundation in raising awareness of ‘The Women Make Music Fund’ which was created to draw attention to the gender gap between men and women in the music industry and increase the number of women creating new music in the UK. Securing broadcast slots on Channel 5, London Live as well as The Guardian, i Newspaper, Huffington Post, and many more including music trade titles - it was a campaign we passionately delivered on.
On top of our work, in the last three months, DawBell have been delighted to win one of the most prestigious awards in the industry - ‘Best PR Campaign Of The Year’ for Craig David at the Music Week Awards 2017, held at The Grosvenor Hotel in London. The company has also been shortlisted for ‘Small Agency’ at the PR Moment Awards 2017, and was named within the top two entertainment companies in the recent PR Week Power Book 2017. Managing Directors Rich Dawes and Stuart Bell were also recognised within this as two of the top most influential professionals in Entertainment PR.
